What does a lead need to be considered a qualified lead?

We all know that getting leads is essential to facilitate the sales process of our products or services, but we also know that not all the leads are going to have the same value for our business. We need to obtain qualified leads, with a high match rate with the ideal buyer profile for our products or services. In other words, in order for us to classify a lead as qualified, we need the contact to have passed all the criteria we’ve established to convert them into a buyer of our product or service.
