Calzados Pitillos
A study was carried out to address a complete change in the digital approach that the company made to the market. For a manufacturer/brand that relies on a very broad and diverse physical store channel (shoe shops), it was important to determine how technology could help strengthen the relationship between physical stores and the online approach. We identified ways to strengthen relations with the channel, taking advantage of digital ecosystems, and implemented direct improvements on the way their IT systems worked.

Focused on the area of strategy and operations, as well as UX, we’ve developed system start-up functions that allow us to optimise the profitability of the site. Work has also been done on the entire marketing process, banner management, commercial spaces, etc.

A study was carried out on how to establish a platform/application in the publishing market that would cover the need for scientific dissemination. A digital ecosystem was proposed to facilitate these processes and integrate the complexity of the different players of this type of business

Market launch analysis of a FINTECH digital product. Work was carried out on their approach to the market, using various meetings with the client (workshops) to figure out the perfect way to launch. Work was also carried out on the identification of technological levers that would support the business model.

Usability tests throughout the entire process
It’s not about designing websites, it’s about designing user experiences, because you can’t understand a product or service without thinking about its use, its context, or the needs and motivations of the user.
We carry out all phases of UX design: Research, conceptualisation, interaction design, visual design, layout, user testing and evaluation.

A digital communication solution that contains a series of communication and promotion services, to be launched at point of sale terminals (POS). It’s distributed in the specific marketplace for these devices. This solution establishes the necessary communication between a series of “webservices” that manage these services and their representation at point-of-sale terminals.
Customers can provision these services autonomously and manage their configuration for their establishments and associated devices.
Customer loyalty project
Customer loyalty project through digital tracking. Project to generate a digital loyalty card that consists of a platform developed in Laravel that allows the management of the exchange of codes for free products from a reference brand in pharmacies. The creation, validation and acceptance of the code can be carried out with the supervision of several roles with different access capacities for greater control.
A massive code upload system has been implemented for registration via CSV to automate the task.
This tool has two levels of controlled access, the first to an external URL, and the other through an iframe on the existing Nestlé platform for more secure integration.

Together with our client Pitillos, we’ve created a digital business plan with the aim of strengthening its digital presence and helping its physical sales channel to increase sales. advising the brand from the outset on the strategic approach and business processes, we created an omnichannel digital communication plan. we’re able to impact the user in as many communication channels as they have, all monitored and crossed with different databases to improve effectiveness.
Thanks to SEO, SEM, Social Media and digital content dissemination techniques, crossed with lead qualification processes, we can impact different users by generating an actionable database for affinity audiences or marketing automation processes, including decision trees for newsletters with matching in different databases.
L’óreal
As it’s a closed-access multiplatform with active registration, it doesn’t require SEO, SEM or Social Media activity, but it does require content maintenance and system updates for its correct functioning; as well as the resolution of user incidents and the launch of newsletters to keep clients of L’Oréal’s brands up to date with the latest news.
Todo Autónomo
Todoautónomo.com nace con el objetivo de convertirse en uno de los blogs de referencia para autónomos. Our ICCS client commissioned us to create this portal with the aim of helping them carry out data collection processes. With the objective of generating and qualifying databases, this project was worked under an Inbound Marketing prism.
Brandeee
Multisite b2c/b2b ecosystem for the sale of different brands and online approaches. An example of how we can develop an e-commerce platform in a multisite environment and take advantage of the multiple advantages of such an ecosystem. We can have a different look & feel for products with different themes, but group all the management of the different portals in a single administration panel.
