And that fidelity is due, in 76% of cases, to the relationship between quality and price.\n\nAlongside this, there\u2019s a fascinating piece of data related to loyalty: 8 out of 10 consumers belong to a loyalty club (loyalty programmes that brands have in order to reward customers for purchases made through different modalities or redeeming systems).
